Prices are subject to change at any time. 

Sales Tax 

Orders placed by residents of the state of Illinois will be charged a 6.25% sales tax. 

Payment Methods

We accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks denominated in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank. We also accept Master Card and Visa. You can also pay through Paypal. If you pay with a personal check, once your personal check has cleared your bank, your order will be shipped after production of the product. There is a $25.00 returned check fee. Please note: All postal mail payments are expected in our office within 7-10 working days of your order. Your order will be cancelled if we do not receive the postal payment within the 7-10 working days.

Order Changes

If you wish to change your order, please contact us within 3 working days, not including weekends or holidays, with your changes. Contact us by our contact page with your changes and how we may contact you to verify this change.  

Our Guarantee

All items are covered by our 30-day return policy. If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your item for a refund or exchange within the 30-day period of your delivery confirmation. Handling charges are not refunded. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide you with a Return Items Authorization Code (RIAC). We will not accept any returns without this code. We cannot except any returns of any open packages or if it is past the 30-day return policy period.

Domestic Shipping Methods

We ship through the FedEx Ground. We do not charge any shipping fees, but we do charge a $5.00 handling fee on each order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your order. Insurance on your package is included. Please just contact us if you would prefer a different shipping method and we will try and accommodate your request at your own expense. Your request must be made before you place your order if you would prefer a different shipping carrier.  

Order Tracking

Once the item/items are shipped, we will email you with a tracking number and the way your item/items were shipped. Please remember to provide us with your email so that we can properly contact you with this information. 

Hawaii, Alaska, American Territories, International Shipping, Military APO/FPO Address

At this time we cannot ship to an APO/FPO address due to the frequent damages caused by overseas shipment. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box address. If you live outside of the States, please contact us before placing your order to see if we can accomdate your shipping.
